Answers to Q&A

What inspired you to become a model?

What inspired me to become a model was actually the people closest to me: my friends and siblings. They constantly told me I had the look and presence for it, even when I didn’t see it in myself. Growing up, I used to watch runways but never imagined modeling would be part of my path. I thought it was something too refined and far removed from my world. But after hearing it so many times, their belief started to rub off on me. Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith and apply to an agency. It wasn’t easy putting myself out there, but once I did, doors started opening. That mix of encouragement and risk-taking was the spark that set everything in motion.

What are you most excited about when it comes to modeling?

What excites me the most about modeling is the chance to show up as my most authentic self in front of the world. On set or on the runway, there’s something powerful about being able to embody different styles, moods, and concepts while still letting my personality shine through. I love that modeling isn’t just about wearing clothes; it’s about storytelling, energy, and connection. Being part of a creative vision, working alongside talented teams, and knowing that every project is different keeps me motivated and curious for what’s next.

Can you share with us some advice you have for models wanting to get into the industry?

My biggest piece of advice is to prepare yourself mentally as much as physically. This industry comes with a lot of rejection, and it’s easy to take that personally if you’re not ready for it. The truth is, rejection is part of the process, and it doesn’t define your worth. Stay grounded, trust the timing of your journey, and don’t lose sight of your goals. Consistency, self-belief, and resilience will carry you further than you think. And don’t forget to enjoy the process, it’s not just about the destination, but also about growing through the experiences along the way.

Share a fun fact about yourself!

A fun fact about me is that I’m really into sports, especially basketball. It’s one of my favorite ways to stay active and competitive outside of modeling. At the same time, I’m someone who loves spending time alone to recharge; I need that quiet balance in my life. But here’s the funny part: in group settings, I often end up being the one who brings the energy and makes everyone laugh. So I guess you could say I’m an introvert with an extrovert’s vibe, depending on the moment.
