What INSPIRED you to become a model?
Since I can remember, I always wanted to model. I would tell my mom constantly that it was what I wanted to be when I was older. When I was a kid, I would put on fashion shows for my mom and make her take pictures (LOL!). I have always loved the fashion industry as well as being in front of the camera. I have a big personality and craved the ability to channel that into something creative. I got scouted by my incredible mother agent when I was in my last few years of high school, and we have been going ever since!
What are you most excited about when it comes to modeling?
One of my favourite things about modeling is that I’m blessed with the opportunity to travel and meet people from all over the world. I love talking with people and making new friends! Modeling has given me the opportunity to make friendships and hear stories from people of all different cultures, backgrounds, and careers within the industry. I’m always looking forward to who I will meet and what I will learn when I go on stay in a new country or city.
Can you share with us some advice you have for models wanting to get into the industry?
Your attitude will be your biggest asset when getting into the industry. No matter who you meet- Casting directors, clients, agents, makeup artists, or other models, you need to treat everyone with the same respect and appreciation. Having a positive impact on the people you work with can only open more doors for you.
Turn rejection into motivation. You will hear “released” more often than you hear “booked”. Never take it too personally. Things are always changing and that one “no” could lead you to a career changing “YES”!

I’m a HUGE reader. Reading 50 books last year, you can always find me with a book or my kindle in my purse! I love everything from historical fiction to romance and self discovery books. I love the feeling of escaping into a world created by a talented author.
