Mother Agency (MA): stray model management
Answers to Q&A
What INSPIRED you to become a model?
Since I was young, I always dreamed of modeling, but I never thought it would actually be possible for me because I didn’t truly believe in myself. I loved the idea of being in front of a camera and expressing myself, but my confidence wasn’t there yet. As I grew up, I started to recognize the real beauties in life…authenticity, self-expression, and the kind of confidence that comes from within. That mindset shift helped me finally take the leap and begin submitting to agencies, even though a part of me worried that starting at twenty-three might be “too late.”
But it wasn’t. When Kristina at Stray believed in me and took me on, everything changed. It showed me that timing doesn’t define your potential, and that you can step into your dreams at any age if you’re willing to work for them. Modeling has already taught me that anything is achievable, even the goals that feel far away. I hope to represent the message that everyone is beautiful in their own way and deserves to feel confident and happy in themselves, inside and out. I’m just getting started in this industry, and I’m incredibly excited to see where this journey takes me and how I continue to grow.
What are you most excited about when it comes to modeling?
I’m most excited about the opportunity to grow creatively, personally, and professionally. Modeling allows me to express different sides of myself, step outside my comfort zone, and collaborate with people who share a passion for artistry. I love the blend of fashion, movement, and emotion that goes into creating a meaningful image. I’m also excited to see where this journey takes me and the people I’ll be able to meet and work with along the way. The idea of taking on new projects, exploring new environments, and learning from others in the industry genuinely inspires me. I’m looking forward to the opportunities, challenges, and memories this journey will bring.
Can you share with us some advice you have for models wanting to get into the industry?
My biggest advice is to trust your own journey and be patient with yourself. It’s so easy to compare your progress to others, but everyone develops at their own pace. Keep submitting, keep learning, and don’t let rejection discourage you. Some of the best opportunities come simply from taking that first step. Surround yourself with supportive people and stay grounded in who you are. This industry has space for all types of beauty, and your uniqueness is your strength. Believe in your potential even on the days it feels far away, because confidence and growth come with time and experience.
share a fun fact about yourself!
A fun fact about me is that I’m both a nursing student and a lifelong horseback rider. I’ve been riding since I was six years old, had my own horse growing up, and spent years competing. Now I ride simply for joy, connection, and peace. Horses have been one of the greatest loves of my life. There’s something so therapeutic about their energy and the unspoken bond you build with them. I love the artistry and presence that animals bring into the world, and riding has taught me patience, confidence, and a sense of calm that carries into every part of my life. Balancing school, modeling, and riding keeps me grounded and inspired in different ways.
