Answers to Q&A

What INSPIRED you to become a model?

I’ve always believed that life is all about the experience. As an engineering student, my world is so technical, and everything around me feels structured. I rarely get to work with creative and artistic people. Over the years, I’ve had photographers approach me for collaborations and people tell me I look like a model, and those moments keep building up, and modelling became that “what if?” that wouldn’t go away. I’ve always loved fashion, so it felt like a natural way to express the creative side of myself. Having the privilege to be involved in the modelling world felt like opening the door to a new world, and it would make my life so much fuller!

What motivates me is the chance to grow, to challenge myself, and to one day build something meaningful in this industry. I’m excited, grateful, and ready to put in the work to see how far this journey can take me.

What are you most excited about when it comes to modeling?

I’m most excited about how modeling brings together creativity, expression, and connection. For me, fashion isn’t just about clothing, it’s a form of art that tells stories, shapes emotion, and brings different creative minds together. The chance to travel, meet inspiring people, and learn from photographers, stylists, and other models genuinely excites me.

I also truly love being on set and in front of the camera. I grew up doing competitive rhythmic gymnastics and dance, and photoshoots give me that same sense of performance and artistic expression I felt on stage. It’s a space where I can embody different moods, move with intention, and communicate without words. Modeling feels like the perfect blend of creativity, discipline, and storytelling, everything I’ve always been passionate about.

Can you share with us some advice you have for models wanting to get into the industry?

I’d say the most important thing is to be brave, stay true to yourself, and really enjoy the journey. Putting yourself out there can feel intimidating at first, but taking that first step is often where the best opportunities begin. Trying something new doesn’t hurt, and every small step you take helps you grow and build confidence.

I think it is also so valuable to hold onto who you are. Your personality, your style, and the way you express yourself are likely what make you stand out. I believe authenticity is powerful as people connect with the energy you bring.

And above all, try to enjoy the process. Modeling is a learning experience, from the first test shoot to the moments where you start to find your rhythm and confidence. Each photoshoot is a chance to explore different sides of yourself, experiment creatively, and express emotion in a way that feels natural to you. If you let yourself soak in those moments, the journey becomes just as meaningful as the outcome.

share a fun fact about yourself!

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit over 30 countries around the world, and I solo-traveled to 8 of them! Traveling has become a huge part of who I am. Airports are honestly my favorite public places, the energy, the people, the feeling of going somewhere new, but I can’t say the same about being on the plane itself. The journey to get there isn’t always my favorite, but the adventure on the other side makes it worth it every time.

Another fun fact about me is that I’m a fashion model who enjoys building AI and mathematical models (I hope this is coming across in a cool way, not a nerdy way). I worked in a neural coding lab at a brain research institute as a machine learning engineer, where I built artificial neural networks to predict neural activity from experimental data and worked with the researchers to uncover patterns that could deepen our understanding of how the brain processes information.
